Cinnamon Road’s Pathia includes 14 spices. Our prefered garam masala, turmeric, cumin, coriander, ground fenugreek and fenugreek (methi) leaves are blended with Kashmiri chilli powder which lets us know we’ve a curry in front of us.
It’s a quick and easy recipe for Pathia. You bring the protein, onion, garlic, tomato passata, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar and stock. This makes for a great curry, but our tasters have been even more keen when two optional extras are added - mix in some tamarind and some mango chutney to add that extra dimension to your taste experience.
For all of our kits, the Best Before date is predominantly 12-18 months.
