Ordering

An order by you is an offer by you to purchase a particular product at the price and shipping charges specified in the details of that order. The order must contain your name, email address ( if available ), shipping address, credit card number and the expiry date of your credit card so that Cinnamon Road can process your order. Cinnamon Road reserves the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including, without limitation, an error in the price or an error in the product description posted on the site or the unavailability of any product. There may be reasons why Cinnamon Road cannot fulfill your order, therefore your contract with Cinnamon Road only comes into existence when Cinnamon Road advises you that it has accepted your order and your payment has been confirmed.

Information on prices and availability of products and shipping charges are maintained by Cinnamon Road website. Cinnamon Road therefore cannot guarantee that all details are current at the time of issue. Prices and availability of products may change at any time.

All prices are shown in AUD and are inclusive of any GST unless otherwise stated.

Flatpack Kits when FREEPOST14 discount is applied and spend is $14 or more

Online shoppers can use discount code FREEPOST14 to get free shipping on all orders of $14 or more. This will remain valid until 30th June 2024.

When (and only when) FREEPOST14 is applied by the customer, Cinnamon Road will more often than not use Australia Post’s “Large Letters” service. This necessitates that the letter is no thicker than 20mm and no larger than 260mm x 360mm. For this reason, when financially better, such orders for as many as 5 kits will, wherever possible, be flatpacked to conform with these reqirements. This will then mean sending 1 or 2 envelopes for orders of up to 5 kits.

“Flatpacked” kits are not each fully packaged into what could be called a sleeved wrap or a bundle. Our fully packaged (bundled) kits use an eyelet to secure the top and bottom of the cardboard outer wrap to form the bundle as in the product illustrations in our online shop. Flatpacks, on the other hand, have the cardboard outer laid out flat (approximately 32cm long) with the spice sachets secured down the length of that outer. When you receive the flatpacks, you can use the clips to secure each of them back into a bundle.

If the FREEPOST14 discount code is applied by the customer, for orders of $42 or more (and for those orders of up to $42 that cannot conform with Australia Post’s Large Letter requirements), each kit sent will be a fully packaged bundle.

Standard packaging and shipping

Standard packaging and shipping charges apply for all orders where the customer does not apply the discount code FREEPOST14 and for any order made after 30th June 2024.

As standard packaging all kits will be delivered as fully packaged bundles rather than flatpacks, which may be used when FREEPOST14 is used (above).

Cinnamon Road wholly or partially subsidises the shipping costs to make our delivered prices more appealing to our customers. Each identified geographic/postcode related area has a flat rate shipping charge where spend is less than $42 spend on kits and any other products (excluding the shipping costs). Spend of $42 or more gives FREE shipping.

Standard shipping charges are detailed as follows:-

• When you spend $42 or more, we give FREE SHIPPING throughout Australia. That’s FREE SHIPPING on 6 or more kits.

• For orders of less than $42, you pay a flat-rate that is a rate subsidised by Cinnamon Road:

  • $3 Sydney & Near Metro includes Newcastle, Central Coast and Woollongong.

  • $4 Melbourne & Brisbane inner metro.

  • $5 National is predominantly Melbourne and Brisbane outer metro PLUS Canberra, Adelaide, Perth, Launceston & Hobart inner and outer metro areas.

  • $8 Regional & "Remote” areas which are other Australian postcodes as deemed by Sendle 07/11/23.
