Shipping Policy
Ordering
An order by you is an offer by you to purchase a particular product at the price and shipping charges specified in the details of that order. The order must contain your name, email address ( if available ), shipping address, credit card number and the expiry date of your credit card so that Cinnamon Road can process your order. Cinnamon Road reserves the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including, without limitation, an error in the price or an error in the product description posted on the site or the unavailability of any product. There may be reasons why Cinnamon Road cannot fulfill your order, therefore your contract with Cinnamon Road only comes into existence when Cinnamon Road advises you that it has accepted your order and your payment has been confirmed.
Prices and Products
Information on prices and availability of products and shipping charges are maintained by Cinnamon Road website. Cinnamon Road therefore cannot guarantee that all details are current at the time of issue. Prices and availability of products may change at any time.
All prices are shown in AUD and are inclusive of any GST unless otherwise stated.
Packaging and shipping
Cinnamon Road wholly or partially subsidises the shipping costs to make our delivered prices more appealing to our customers. Each identified geographic/postcode related area has a flat rate shipping charge where spend is less than $42 spend on kits and any other products (excluding the shipping costs). Spend of $42 or more gives FREE shipping.
Shipping charges are detailed as follows:-
Cinnamon Road subsidise delivery costs so that the charge to the customer is as follows on all orders:-
$4 Sutherland shire NSW
$5 Sydney & Near Metro includes Newcastle, Central Coast and Woollongong.
$6 Melbourne & Brisbane inner metro.
$7 National is predominantly Melbourne and Brisbane outer metro PLUS Canberra, Adelaide, Perth, Launceston & Hobart inner and outer metro areas.
$8 Regional & "Remote” areas which are other Australian postcodes as deemed by Sendle 07/11/23.
Title/Risk
Cinnamon Road will retain title to the products you order until you have made payment in full for those products. The liability for product defects and delivery issues remain the responsibility of Cinnamon Road who picked and dispatched each unique product within the order.
Delivery
Cinnamon Road uses its best efforts to meet the scheduled delivery time, but cannot guarantee to meet those delivery times in every case. Cinnamon Road will not have any liability to you if any part of your order fails to satisfy in whole or in part the expected delivery time.
With the exceptions mentioned below, orders are expected to be dispatched the business day following your order using Australia Post or Sendle as deemed appropriate by Cinnamon Road. From time to time Cinnamon Road may choose to use another delivery company. Delivery times are then usually another 2-8 business days depending on your location within Australia.
Exceptions are for orders made after 5pm and orders that are made on public holidays. In these instances, pick-up will be arranged the next business day with the order then leaving the premises the following business day (ie 2 business days after the order is placed).
International Orders are sent via Sendle, and delivery is typically 10-30 days. When placing orders for spices from countries other than Australia, it is the responsibility of the customer placing the order to determine whether the said goods are subject to any import restrictions.
